Comfortable Stay with Minor Drawbacks Positive: Nice and big apartment, great pool for residents. Very well equipped. Air conditioning works great. Location is nice, 20 min walking to the beach. At the same time you can walk around 40 min to the old city center which is also nice if you like walking. Negative: The bathroom needs renovation. Bed and sofa are not very comfortable for sleeping.

Fin lägenhet och otroligt bra område. Positive: Väldigt bra läge i ett otroligt mysigt område! Man kunde promenera in till centrala Barcelona på 30-40 min. Stor och fin lägenhet. Väldigt trevlig värd som förklarade allt från kollektivtrafik till tips om ställen att gå till. Negative: Poolen gick tyvärr inte att bada i, då den inte var rengjord samt ombyggnad runt om. Detta tycker jag ska framgå i beskrivningen.

This apartment is well equipped and the balcony is welcome surprise with a view at the pool and garden. Second time in this apartment, so really advisable to book. The Poblenou area is really nice to walk, shop and have lunch or diner. Beach is on walking distance. All in all a great apartment.

Good place Positive: I had a great stay at these apartments! The place was comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was convenient, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Communication with the host/management was smooth and responsive. I’d definitely recommend staying here and would happily return!
