Opening Doors Poblenou Beach - 10 min to the beach!

Positive: Posizione, arredamento, servizi Negative: Questione "segnalatore di rumore", odori sgradevoli dal cavedio, 1 solo bagno e molto piccolo, vicini di casa rumorosi (tv ad alto volume per gtan parte della notte), lavastoviglie malfunzionante

Positive: Casa pulita e accogliente, con tutti i servizi necessari. Buona posizione: vicino a spiagge, supermercati, metro e fermata del bus.

Peaceful area close to the beach Positive: Close to the beach (2 bus stops or 15 mins walk), non touristic area, but with good number of small restaurants and convenience stores, close to metro and tram. Negative: There were issues with the AC, WC and shower drainage, but hosts were very committed to solve our problems (technician couldn't come, so husband of the host came to do whatever possible to fix the issue), so I treat it as temporary issue.

Klasse Positive: Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und sehr nah am Strand und viele Restourants, und trotzdem eine ruhige Gegend ! Negative: Die Nachbarn waren zwischenzeitlich ziemlich laut.

Wir waren alle sehr happy mit der Wohnung! Positive: Die Ausstattung war super :) Negative: Wir haben leider bei der Bettwäsche Haare vom vorherigen Urlauber entdeckt. Die Ausstattung war ansonsten optimal - gerade für 4 Personen ist genügend Platz für alle.
