It were very pleasant if the owners would not decide to fix the shutters at our expense. Positive: Good location, large spacious apartment, has everything you need. Negative: There is no air conditioning in three bedrooms, making it impossible to sleep there when it is hot outside. In one of the rooms it was not even possible to open the window because of a broken shutter. Be very careful during check in procedure, check everything: electrical appliances, furniture, shutters. If something does not work or is broken, immediately draw up a report. We have been unable to get our deposit back for three weeks due to broken shutters that were broken before our arrival. I have no way to prove that we did not break the shutters, since I did not check them or report their breakage.
